
2024 Problem
The 2024 mock case concerns a dispute over the coding of software for the life sciences industry, including accusations of improperly using and misappropriating intellectual property rights. Students had to cross-examine fact witnesses and economic experts.

The case was prepared by the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (AAA/ICDR) (Luis Martínez, Ana Lombardía and Rafael Carmona), Chaffetz Lindsey (Gretta Walters), and Compass Lexecon (Carla Chavich).
Winners
Over 100 students and coaches from 15 teams representing 8 countries, and over 90 arbitrators, participated in over 40 hearings in the fourth edition of the competition.
